Postage rates and how to order
 
You can order directly from this website using our secure shopping system. All the details you submit are totally secure and they can only be read by us. Credit card numbers etc. are encrypted in the software when you place your order. They can only be decrypted after we receive your order at our business premises using a unique key.
 
     
Subject to stock availability all orders are processed and dispatched within one working day. If we cannot complete your order immediately we will advise you of the estimated date of dispatch. (Note:- our range of Photocopy sets are always available from stock).
If you do not wish to take advantage of our online shopping system then place our order by Phone, Fax or Mail. See the contacts page for details. We accept payment by Eurocheque in Sterling, or a Sterling Cheque providing that it has a London clearing address printed on it. Please make cheques payable to:- Bruce Main-Smith & Co Ltd.
 
UK Postage rates
All UK postage and packaging will be priced automatically for you at the checkout till.
 
Photocopy sets:-
   £0.60 per set up to a maximum of £4.20
Books:-
   Priced individually as stated in description and on the checkout page
Transfers:-
  

£0.30 per order (any quantity) .

Post Free if ordered with any other product from this site.

 
Europe postage rates
The cost of postage is dependent on the size and weight of your order see examples below.
 
Photocopy Sets:-
   Range from £0.75 to a maximum of £3.00 per set.
Books:-
  Range from £2.50 to a maximum of £8.00 The average size book is approx £4.00 to £5.00
Transfers:-
  £0.75 per order (any quantity) .
    Post Free if ordered with any other product from this site.
     
World postage rates
All overseas orders are charged at cost of postage only.
We will only add to your order the cost of the stamps on the package.
 
Returns
Please contact us before returning your order so we can advise you of the correct procedure. Please note the cost of postage will only be reimbursed if the items returned were found to be faulty, sent in error or received in a damaged condition.
